Allen Education Consultants, LLC was founded in 2018 by Melanie P. Allen to provide a foundation for assisting in the education of students – primarily for those of Special Populations that need help in planning for the dreams and the goals they would like to achieve after high school.

Allen Education Consulting has two primary objectives:

  1. To assist teachers, administrators, and counselors as they work with students to help them make a more directed and fulfilling transition to post-high school life and careers. We help school teams leverage their strengths and create opportunities for ALL Students.

  2. To develop the AEC Discussion Tool into a usable, effective, and widely available resource to help teachers, students and families.

Using promising evidence-based practices and specially designed instruction, we help youth see their strengths, and how they can move toward fulfilling lives and careers.
